Adult patients with suspected Chiari Malformation and/or Syringomyelia can schedule an appointment at CRESSC and access to Diagnostic-Therapeutic-Assistance Path (DTAP) through the first neurological evaluation in the outpatients' department of CRESSC at the CTO, Torino, Italy.

For booking is recommended to have the prescription request and fiscal code. The prescription request should read "First neurological evaluation for Syringomyelia/Chiari" on the general practitioner's request /specialist's request
The patient will have to bring documents concerning Chiari Malformation and/or Siringomielia.
To the first neurological evaluation at the CRESSC may follow instrumental examinations and specialized evaluations in the same day.
